The course has been designed for training would be teachers in various subjects for senior secondary schools.
The purpose of the course is to prepare effective secondary school teachers, who are capable of responding to the changing needs of the modern Indian Society.

1. Enable the perspective teachers to understand the nature, purpose and philosophy of secondary education.
2. Develop among teachers an understanding of psychology of their pupils.
3. Enable them to acquire competencies relevant to stage specific pedagogy, curriculum development, its transaction and evaluation.
4. Enable them to make pedagogical analysis of the subjects they are to each at the secondary stage; develop skill for guidance and counseling.
5. Enable them to foster creative thinking among pupils for reconstruction of knowledge.
6. Acquaint them with factors and forces affecting educational system and classroom situation.
7. Acquaint them with educational needs to special groups of pupils;
8. Enable them to utilize community resources as educational inputs;
9. Develop communication skills and use modern information technology for school purpose.
10.Develop aesthetic sensibilities;
11. Acquaint them with research in education including action research.
12. Develop awareness about role of education in building up a democratic, secular and socialistic pattern of society. (Note: Admission of B.Ed. Classes will be made as per norms laid down by NCTE & Government from time to time) Minimum eligibility for Admission: Bachelor's Degree/post graduation with minimum percentage of marks according to the norms of NCTE/State Government/Ch. Admission Process:

All admission will be made strictly through counseling/online registration organized by state govt./CCS University Meerut and according to norms of NCTE an UP Govt.

Reservation & Scholarship:

Reservations and scholarship will be applicable for SC/ST and OBC students and are provided as per the rules and regulations of Government. However, candidate must submit his/her certificate.

Fee Structure:

Fee structure fixed by University and Government and Hon'ble Court direction will be followed.
